Umpire Vic Carapazza and Cleveland Indians beat Blue Jays in 18 innings
TORONTO - The Toronto Blue Jays lost to the Cleveland Indians with ALOT of help from home-plate umpire Vic Carapazza today.
Apparently Carapazza makes his home in the Cleveland area.
